692 | Cuppa Joe | Historic Sites and a Vision for the Future | Lach Mackay

Physical places have always played an important role in preserving history. Much more important for a church called to Christ’s mission is how we integrate it into our lives, learn from it, and carry it forward by becoming the storytellers that keep it alive. In this episode of Cuppa Joe, Apostle Lach Mackay (also Director of Historic Sites and a direct descendent of Joseph Smith III) sits down with host Karin Peter, to share his own perspective on the recent sale of important historic properties.  He talks about how he is processing the news as well as talks about how he is finding hope for the future … and how our history will continue to play a vital role in our identity going forward.
